Investing in The Stock Market
I have often observed that some people invest their money either because of fear of losing it or a few remain, where they are afraid to invest confused. So I decided to invest some basic thoughts about your money and where you should invest accordingly as your needs. While keeping money in savings account is just as well to make fortunes, but it is not good for a long time.
You can invest money in principle in the following five types of assets:
* Liquid assets (eg savings account) at the bank.
* Bonds (eg a loan to a company or a government).
* Property (eg residential and) commercial real estate.
* Shares (eg, stock) in companies.
* Raw materials (eg base metals, oil, soybeans, etc.).
Invest When we talk about returns from these assets then the rule of thumb is that the riskier the investment the greater the return. For example, when we talk about money means deposits it has the least risk, but at the same time is the lowest, bonds are very risky and has more or the same, there seems to feature more than promising and stable yield, and if we are talking about stocks and commodities they are risky, but have a good return. So invest in the planning, you must keep in view that equals the risk, how much money can you invest and the time frame for which you can invest your money.

If you are an individual employee, and got the job, especially recently, then you should be investing that is in cash, you should save some initial money, then you can think of investing in insurance. To invest in stock or shares, you must put at least from three to six months of your salary in it.
While the investment in real estate seems to be promising but it has some disadvantage as well for a long period, for example, when you get to buy a piece of land, you almost expect to increase in value after 3-5 years. Secondly, it is quite difficult to calculate return on investment in real estate, since it involved a lot of things in it such as rent, maintenance costs, etc., and transactions take months.
Investment in share market is preferred by most because of its ease of use and the amount of money you can invest in stocks because you can invest any amount. Another advantage is that the number of shares you bought and sell it to your need whereas if you talk about the property not is able to sell a room can break an apartment or a house.
So, if you plan for short-term investments and looking for good return on investment, then you should start thinking about investing in the stock market.
